<p>Mid-section is the most difficult area of the body to lose the fat and tighten it. You may be able to lose the weight to a comfortable level but you are left with the fact that your skin gets lose and flabbier on some parts like the arms, thighs and the abdomen. <p>You are left with smaller body frame after losing the weight but what bothers you most is the protrusion on your abdominal area. <p>5. Train your taste buds to like healthy foods and vegetables.</p>
